Universities, international organizations, foundations, and others, to participate in the design stage of the System and its elements.

Road, rail, logistics, communications, energy, sanitary services, urban services and others, for the integration of their solutions and products.
Future actors
In the fields of circular economy, smart city, industry 4.0, blockchain and others, for the adapted development of solutions and services.
Why?
Land reclamation engineering using advanced elements is currently under development. There has been no significant progress in modular systems.
This industry with a capacity of more than 2 trillion US dollars (2e12), will undoubtedly be developed, but does not yet have actors seriously interested.
